Bola Mata Raksasa Misterius Ditemukan di Tepi Pantai

Sebuah bola mata raksasa misterius ditemukan seseorang di Pompano Beach, Florida, Amerika Serikat dan menghadirkan banyak pertanyaan mengenai seperti apa pemiliknya. Demikian diberitakan NBC News.


Bola mata raksasa ini ditemukan pada Rabu lalu dan sudah dilaporkan ke Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission untuk menyimpannya. Setelah itu, akan dikirim ke Fish and Wildlife Research Institute di St. Petersburg, Florida, untuk dianalisa.

Para ahli biota laut tidak bisa segera mengetahui spesies laut terkait mata raksasa misterius itu namun para ahli akan menggunakan tes genetik untuk memecahkan misteri tersebut. Demikian disampaikan juru bicara komisi, Carli Segelson.


Segelson mengatakan pikirannya dipenuhi beragam pertanyaan mengenai kasus ini termasuk sejak foto bola mata raksasa misterius itu terpanjang di page komisi di Facebook. "Foto ini begitu saja menyebar," katanya.

"Dugaan sementara kemungkinan mata itu milik ikan besar," katanya. Kemungkinannya adalah ikan tuna, ikan todak, atau ikan yang berasal dari laut dalam.
